Joanna was so kind and gentle with our toddler. She was very patient and deliberate figuring out which arm and which vein to use, so that she did an amazing job of finding her vein quickly once the needle was in. She was very sweet to our kid the whole time, which I think made her a lot less afraid. Very highly recommended.
